1. RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order by following our returns process :

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings or head piece due to hygiene.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original box provided.

Our policy lasts 7 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at modaestrosa@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a track shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All Excess Jewellery products are purely handmade by using the highest quality materials, genuine semi precious & precious stones.

Please follow these steps to protect your jewellery from damage.

Silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Using a soft lint free cloth to clean silver, will keep jewellery looking shiny and tarnish free. Ideally store your purchases in a dark, cool and dry place within the box provided to help reduce tarnishing, scratching and tangling.

We recommend to remove your Excess jewellery while you are : bathing, working out, spraying perfumes, exposure to sunlight , due to the delicate nature of the natural gemstone. Also sweat, water, perfumes can tarnish gemstone and metal components.

Gemstones should never be worn around hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners. You can clean most gemstones with a soft, damp cloth after wearing.

Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damage due to negligence.


4. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We shipping Worldwide.

Whether treating yourself or someone special to you, your Excess Jewellery order will arrive beautifully packaged.

UK Delivery :  all the orders for UK delivery are charged £3.99

(3-5 days via Royal Mail tracked).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

International Delivery  :  all the orders for international delivery are charged £9.99

To determinate how long the shipment takes will depend on the destination. Usually taking between 3-10 working days. We can not guarantee shipping times, please contact us at modaestrosa@gmail.com if you require more information.

We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.

Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
